Crabs in Guayaquil
A traditional cusine on the Ecuadorian coastline, cangrejos are eaten with a hammer to break open their shells. Here observing the process of cleaning and cooking them the cruelty debate came up as the crabs are alive waiting to be washing and in their struggle to escape were losing legs, then they were dropped live into the boiling soup pot.
